Emirates Neon Group's entry strategy in Egypt was limited to an office presence and organic growth for site acquisitions. However, we observed tremendous growth in the industry, highlighted by the increased advertising expenditure of global and UAE clientele due to the presence of greater advertising mediums.
Seeing this growth, ENG ventured into new areas and made greater investments with a more aggressive site acquisition strategy. The dynamism of growth in Egypt prompted us to build new sites to increase our stake in the country.
